This is a six week nutrition and exercise programme designed for those clients wanting to lose weight, burn fat and make a total transformation to their body composition.

With two sessions per week every Tuesday & Thursday at either 09.30 or 18.45 (or both) participants will recieve a designated instructor who specialises in diet and nutrition to guide them through the six weeks.

The programme will encompass and deliver nutritional workshops during which, improved lifestyle habits can be formed.

With a limit on this programme of 30 places it is guaranteed to fill up fast!
