Why Do You Have Contract And No Contract Memberships?
Whilst we recognise the convenience and flexibility of not having a contract we have many members who want to stay with us for the long term and therefore offer a reduction in membership price for a longer commitment.
What Is The Minimum Age For Joining?
Children may join from 14 as long as they are accompanied by an adult. At 16 they may come by themselves
Can I Try The Gym Before Joining?
Yes! We offer a free days trial to everyone. Just ask for a guest pass at reception.
Do You Offer Corporate Discount?
Yes, for certain companies we offer a discount. Please check at reception if you qualify
Do You Have Lockers?
Yes, we have lockers both in reception and in the changing rooms. You will need a padlock which can be purchased at reception, alternatively you can bring your own.
Do You Have Car Parking?
Yes, we have ample private and on street parking
Will I Be Given A Membership Card?
No, upon joining you register your fingerprint which is used to gain access on every visit. No fingerprints are held on file and this is a totally secure method.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
Simply contact us via email or phone and as long as you've met your minimum period we'll tell you how to cancel
Is Personal Training Available?
Yes. We have a range of PT's offering a variety of options for all budgets. Further details can be obtained from Compass Reception or from our Facebook page.
Will I Be Shown How To Use The Equipment?
Yes. A comprehensive induction including a personalised programme card is included in all of our memberships.
What Are Your Opening hours?
We open Monday to Friday from 0600-2130 and Saturday and Sunday from 0800 till 2000
