Operation Transformation 2

March brings the second of our popular ‘Operation Transformation’ programmes #kettlebellsandmore.

This the ultimate programme of high intensity group training. All of these sessions are indoors and use kettlebells as the predominant training method. This programme will allow the participant to change shape within the six weeks that our team of instructors have their hands on a potential team of 30!

The team will train intensely three time per week…Monday 19.15-20.15, Thursday evening 17.45 – 18.45 and Saturday morning between 09.00 – 10.00. A designated kettlebell instructor will manage the team via an engaging social media platform, whilst all sessions will be taught by the full team of instructors here at Compass.
