#SummerSmash

May brings the arrival of one of our most popular programmes #SummerSmash.

This the ultimate programme of high intensity group training. These sessions will be predominanlety indoors and some outdoors, and will use various training methods, such as kettlebells, barbells, bands, fuctional and suspension training. This programme will allow the participant to change shape within the six weeks that our team of instructors have their hands on a potential team of 25!

The team will have the opportunity to train five times per week…

* Monday 19.15-20.15
* Tuesday FREE registration and runs with Run Compass at 18.30
* Thursday evening 18.45 – 19.45
* Saturday morning between 07.00 – 08.00 or 09.00 – 10.00 or both!

A designated instructor will manage the team via an engaging social media platform, whilst all sessions will be taught by the full team of instructors here at Compass.

The programme includes:

* Potential of 30 amazing high intensity sessions
* 3 full body analysis – include a full print out reading of body fat percentage, lean muscle mass,fat mass, water, waist to hip ratio and suggested energy intake
