Our infamous Biggest Loser is back, bigger and better than ever!

This is the ultimate programme group training where like minded people come together to achieve life changing results. This six weeks can be truly transformational in both weight loss and well being.
These sessions will be predominantly indoors with a few outdoors opportunities, and will use various training methods, such as kettlebells, barbells, bands, functional training, as well as awesome team work challenges. This programme will allow the participant to make significant lifestyles changes, including nutrition, physical activity and mental health

The Biggest Loser teams will have the opportunity to train four times per week within their teams and with their instructor mentors

* Tuesday 18.45-19.45
* Thursday evening 18.45 – 19.45
* Saturday morning between 07.00 – 08.00 or 09.00 – 10.00 or both!

A designated mentor will manage teams via an engaging social media platform, whilst all sessions will be taught by the full team of instructors here at Compass. Teams will be allocated during registration week, if you wish to be with a friend on this #BLcomeback journey, please mention it to the team upon enrolment

The programme includes:

* Potential of 30 amazing fun and engaging exercise sessions
* 3 full body analysis – include a full print out reading of body fat percentage, lean muscle mass,fat mass, water, waist to hip ratio and suggested energy intake
* Body part measurements, plus before and after shots.
* 24 hour online mentor support
* Team motivation
* Full nutritional advise and support
* Presentation Evening

This full programme cost just £50.
**Non Compass members are welcome at an additional fee of £30
