Classes may be booked one week in advance from the completion of each class.
Cancellations can be made by logging in above up to 24 hours before the start of the class. Late notice cancellations must be made in person over the phone to ensure that your space is filled.

  Kettlercise & Piloxing are ‘premium’ classes and are £2.50 for members and £5 for non-members

Members can only book themselves through online booking.

Please arrive before the class starts, otherwise your place will be taken by somebody on the reserve list or in the gym!
