KETTLES COMBAT

Split into ‘8 Zones’ or ‘Rounds’ ranging from the traditional Kettlebell upper and lower body attack, combat core, to dynamic high velocity combat zones performed without a kettlebell integrating moves from all areas of Mixed Martial Arts. We’ll be integrating Kicks, Punches, Elbows and Combinations in a complete 45 minute, high energy, up tempo workout set to a specific music beat. Aimed for all levels of fitness.
