Yoga with Zoe – Vinyasa flow yoga. Using sequences of poses (asanas) to find balance, promote strength and flexibility whilst also bringing peace and calm to the mind.
We use breathing techniques (pranayama) to start and prepare ourselves for the practise, we then move onto sun salutations, balancing poses and flow through sequences. We finish with relaxation and bringing the mind truly into the present moment
