Whilst the team here at Compass don’t always like to fixate on the scales we recognise that some people need to remain focused and accountable to themselves and their instructor mentor,so #teamCompass is bringing back the perfect weight management programme that is well known for its amazing results.
What will it involve?
- Six week programme with dedicated Team Mentors
- Start and finish body analysis measurements
- 2 workouts per week delivered by one of our level 3 Personal Trainers
- Team challenges
- Monday & Thursday 7pm
- 24 /7 online support via our private team facebook group
- Nutrition guidance
- Mentor and team motivation, with healthy inter-team competition
- Guidance on making sustainable healthy lifestyle choices
What type of exercise will I do?
Our sessions will cater for all fitness levels, age and ability are accounted for through adaptation and professionalism of our instructors. Throughout the six weeks you will try a wide range of training types and methods that will include body weight, cardio, HIIT and weight training. We will introduce you to training kit such as kettlebells, barbells, functional equipment & much more, we may even through in a team challenge or an outdoor session!

How do I join and Pay?
The cost of the 6 week programme is £45.00 for Compass members, or £60.00 for non-members. This can be paid in club via cash or card, or alternatively you can ring on 01723 377333 and take payment over the phone to secure your place.
