Biggest Loser is BACK! Our infamous fun and engaging weight loss programme relaunches this Autumn and we are taking it back to basics #B2B

Whilst the team here at Compass don’t always like to fixate on the scales we recognise that some people need to remain focused and accountable to themselves and their instructor mentor,so #teamCompass is bringing back the perfect weight management programme that is renound for its amazing results.

What will it involve?

  •  This a closed six week programme comprising three team and three amazing mentors
  •  You will complete up to three body analysis and body part measurements (week 1, 3 and 6)
  •   There will be three sessions per week delivered by one of our level 3 Personal Trainers
  • Monday 18.45 – 19.45 / Thursday 18.45 – 19.45 / Saturday 09.30 – 10.30
  • 24 /7 online support
  • Nutritional plan along with online guidance of planning and tracking nutrition
  • Mentor and team motivation, with healthy inter-team competition
  • Guidance on making sustainable healthy lifestyle choices

What type of exercise will I do?

Our sessions will cater for all fitness levels, age and ability are accounted for through adaptation and professionalism of our instructors. Throughout the six weeks you will encounter a wide range of training types and methods that will include body weight, cardio, HIIT and weight training. We will introduce you to training kit such as kettlebells, barbells, functional equipment such as ski-erg, tornado bike, rowers, battle ropes and much much more, we may even through in a team challenge or an outdoor session!

How do I join and Pay?

You can register on this programme now! If you are compass member, we can book you on now. If you aren’t a member don’t worry, we simply need to gather some basic information from you to add you to our register.

The cost of the 6 week programme is £45.00 for Compass members, or £60.00 for non-members. This can be paid in club via cash or card, or alternatively you can ring on 01723 377333 and make an ‘over the phone’ payment to secure your place.
