Hey I’m Natasha, a yoga teacher and personal trainer! I love to help all my clients no matter what their fitness goal may be. I aim to promote lifestyle changes that will stick, by encouraging my clients to develop healthy habits and focusing on the mental wellbeing side as well as the fitness! I love to see my clients not only changing their body but also their relationship with their body to gain confidence and own the body they’ve worked for! Alongside the physical sessions I offer check-ins to ensure you are getting on well, body stats, nutrition advice and I encourage habit tracking, journaling and self care.
