Biography:

Hey, my names Tom. I’m currently a level 2 fitness instructor, under going my level 3 PT qualification at Compass, with the aim to be a full time PT in the future. I may be young but don’t let that fool you, in 2019 I won a British Sub Junior Powerlifting Title, have played hockey to a high level and other sports. I am currently going down the bodybuilding route with the aim to compete next year. 
I have only recently started PT’ing so have a lot of available slots for clients who are ready to smash their goals! Whether that be for weight loss, strength, body confidence, muscle gain or more specific targets let me help you. I am enthusiastic, knowledgable and ready to work with you on a 1 to 1 basis!
