Biography:

Hey, my names Tom I’m one of the PT’s here at Compass. I have a background in powerlifting having been a British Sub Junior Powerlifting Champion in 2019 but I have now switched to a bodybuilding approach to training, in the hopes to compete this year; so, I’m used to training for both strength and physique improvements.

As your PT I will set you up on a personalized, well-structured program, running alongside 1 to 1 sessions and regular check ins. Additionally I will help you with your nutrition by advising you on appropriate nutritional intake and supporting you through both your training and everything else that goes along with getting fit, healthy and strong.
